SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship dondurma to any physical address within the continental U.S. We carefully package each order in an insulated shipping container filled with dry ice to keep the dondurma frozen during transit. Due to certain limitations, at this moment we can only offer shipments in 6 pint increments; and since dondurma is perishable, we can only ship via a shipping option that gets your package delivered within 3 business days or less  (1, 2, or 3-day ground shipment (depending on your location), or 2-day air shipment).

 

When you check out, applicable shipping options based on your location will be presented to you and you can choose whichever option works best for you depending on shipment speed and cost. All shipping costs presented are live rates generated directly by the courier based on your purchase of 6 pints of dondurma. 

 

To avoid delays in delivery of your package, it is sent with no signature required. Please make sure to open your dondurma package on the day of delivery and move the products into a household freezer without delay.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We will fulfill your order within 2-3 business days, however, since we cannot allow your shipment to be in transit over the weekend, we may delay shipment of your order until the following week, depending on when your order is placed and which shipment option is chosen.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, if your order does not arrive in a frozen state, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to correct any mistakes on our end.
